James Clark, managing director of PHS Direct, said:

The money we raised from our run will go towards providing specialist equipment, care and support for children with life limiting illnesses and their families. PHS Direct also backs the National Forest, an environmental project designed to transform 200 square miles in the centre of England. We make a donation for every box of paper we sell, and have planted a woodland of around 20,000 trees.”
The National Forest 10K covers 6.21 miles, the scenic run takes place in mature and young woodland. To sponsor the PHS team in raising £50,000 for charity log ontowww.virginmoneygiving.com/team/runningfor50years
